inteestate 83 was a parking lot all night and into the early morning. this is what the northbound j- f-x looked like at about three o-clock this morning. drivers spent hours waiting in their cars.. some of them the cars that were towed from i-83 have been taken to poly-tech high school off of coldspring lane and falls road. drivers can pick up their cars there. some of the drivers who had to abandon their cars got an unexpected sleepover. the lounge at the radisson at crosskeys became a bedroom for many tired travelers. people found whatever they could to rest.. and wait out the storm. 455 you see the carnage all over the roads, people walking from their cars, i didn't

prosecutors will be allowed to pursue the death penalty against a man accused of killing an 11-year old salisbury girl. thomas leggs junior filed eight motions to keep prosecutors from seeking the death penalty in the case. a judge denied those appeals. leggs is accused of killing sara foxwell. he burned body was found christmas day 2009. one person is dead... following a hit-and-run accident in pasadena.it happened at about 2-thirty this morning. a 50 year-old man... was walking down the street... when he was hit by a snow plow. investigators say there was too much snow on the sidewalk and that's why the man was walking on the road. the heavy snow has caused a lot of power outages across the state. almost 96-thousand b-g-e customers are without power. the majority of them are in anne
